QUESTION! Are the side Arms material Plastic or Rubber like the Crosslink Zero

they are made out of plastic. the only part made of rubber is the nose pads. this is a pro in my view as there is no risk that the rubber degrades.

How can i adjust the temple arms?? Hot water?? Is there a metal core?

no, there is no metal core in the arms. they are ok for me. no need to adjust them and I have a small skull. hot water could work but I did not tried it.
