Then name it as non Creamy layer forward and don't call it as Economically weaker section of the forward community. Non Creamy is not Economically weak people. Bjp is fooling people with words. You keep Rs. 2.4 lac ruppee which is below taxable limit and call them as Economically weaker society. first you understood one thing, now all castes are part of reservation. ScSt 22.5% OBC 27% EWS 10% balance 40.5% open category. This is real social justice. Done by BJP, Even congress, communist support this policy. And ScSt got indefinite reservation without any limitations and OBC only non creamy layer allowed to avail the reservation, that 8lac limit, it was bcoz of OBC non creamy layer limit was 8lac, (govt can't reduce OBC limit, if they does, it will create big issue, bcoz of 8 lac, more OBC was benefitted) that's why same scale applied for EWS too, govt consider below 8lac should avail govt benefits and reservation. So both EWS and OBC are same limit. EWS just a name, see the benefits(after 75 years of independence, they got the benefits). And taxable income, only 5% of Indians pay direct tax (of 136 crore people) balance tax are from GST, indirect tax. We got huge unorganised sector market than organised sector, still our govt try to make 25% of direct tax pay organised sector, that's future goal. It's my wish, Poor people should get reservation rather than rich people, bcoz it's upliftment. Coming years, money and wealth only measure of human status. Bring ScSt also in creamy layer limit same like OBC and introduce One Quota for One time for a person and his child shouldn't avail the quota. It's will create more needed people attain the benefits rather than repeated generation of family members. Slowly Caste will eradicate from society by bringing equal education for all, whether it's a city, town or village (same exposure) and remove caste surnames and bring more awareness campaign and schemes about equality of all.

Do you know the creamy layer limit for OBCs is also for people having income of Rs 8 lakhs. That classification does not include salary income and agricultural income; whereas, under EWS, family income limit is 8 lakhs is applied and other restrictions like land holding, house size are included. Take a census. Find out caste percent and prepare list. Cap the quota by population percentage of respective caste. Give the priority in each caste from lower income till the list is exhausted . In this way let each caste compete with themselves and get priority by their lower income. In this there will be fair representation of each caste and also social justice will be established.
