Here are several things other youtubers have done to complete the challenge: 1. Called in streaks as soon as they have been earned 2. Use a lower streak such as hardened sentry, cerberus or even UAV 3. Disabled DLC (optional)

If you're not going to use a silencer then use the counter uav because they can't see you on the minimap and it gives you points towards your scorstreaks

Scump doesn't want a silencer or counter uav because he wants the enemies to come to him. Using a silencer would defeat the purpose and make the gameplay go slower. Also, he would rather have his high score streaks. Using the counter uav wouldn't give him the best chance of hitting 70 kills.
