They're both fine. But hunter hood provides a bit more damage potential, which why its maybe a bit better. Game devs don't know how to balance items, so Hunter hood is still a bit broken even after the nerfs.

as you could see in video I ran out of mana only because I was doing pve before, overall it's better to just not waste your mana but if you really want you can change boots, ~150 bonus hp from plate boots isn't big deal

stalker shoes could be viable but assassin hood is terrible combination with light crossbow, crossbows damage comes mainly from Q
