The ratings on the food need to come back. I get some cultures might get offended by the score system but it helps your community know what is good and what isn't.

I think its because these videos are raw footage, usually it's edited and that's where he does the commentary with the ratings of the food.

Forget Michelin stars, Samarkand's got non-stop nahn: Pillowy flatbreads the size of car tires, fresh out of the tandoor and begging to be slathered in lamb fat and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Your carb counter will weep, but your taste buds will sing. I haven't been there but I've been hearing so many good things about this place. I could only hope my travel dart would land here so I could feature it on our TV show!
