@@denacampbell5044 I sat at the edge of my bed praying for enough strength to end my life, God gave me one word, forgiveness, I had lived with depression for 50 years, I prayed for a month and a half , trying to wrap my brain around how I could forgive someone who is not asking for forgiveness, my dad, I realized that Christ hadn't forgiven me when I repented, he forgave me 2000 years ago, so I went to the nursing home and forgave my dad, he denied everything, but I told him. I don't care I love you anyway and always will, I left happy, but God wasn't done with me, I had forgiven him but I had not shown my dad any grace , You me none of us is perfect, one sin is just like another to God, the sins committed against you are no different than the sins you committed, God has forgiven you and that is awesome, when you received forgiveness all the angels in heaven shouted, , but we need to make the angels of heaven shout again, by forgiving the people who have hurt you, tonight start praying for them. Pray for God to bless them if they are alive ? With mercy and grace, ask God to give them an overwhelming dose of the love of God, you may never see or hear them repent , but you must try and try again to forgive them to love your enemies bless them that curse you pray for them that despitefully use you, it's in the sermon on the mount, Matthew 6th chapter. As you continue to forgive God will be quietly behind the scenes be making you a soldier in the army of God, I'm praying for you Dena, I'm 67 and I struggled for years to be free of the hurt, I had to teach myself to smile, but my smile now is real, and the mercy and grace and strength God has given me is real. God bless you Dena. And Dena you won't ever forget , but you will learn to live a life of an overcomer, pray and pray, and if you can shut the TV off, in the car listen only to gospel music, read the Bible every day, new testament at first, never give up ,learn to rest in Christ, I'm praying for you 🙏

@@denacampbell5044 As they say here, forgiveness is a choice, but my experience is Also to pray several times for the person you need to forgive. Something will happen in your emotions, your soul, when you do that. And sometimes we also need a little help from a sister or brother in Christ. If you don’t have anyone to turn to, just say so, and I can help you to get in touch with a wonderful servant of God. God use her to heal, deliverence, and she is a christian councelour. Sorry if my spelling is not perfect, I’m norwegian. But this lady is from USA and she will pray for you, any way possible. And of course, she doesnt charge you for Jesus to help you. In the story of Jericho there is a woman who was called the harlot Rahab , because of her faith in God, she and her family was the only surviving people in Jericho, later she is simply called Rahab and she was the great grandmother many times removed of Jesus Christ, don't let your past sins write your future, after all the sins you have committed, God still loves you, learn to love God and obey him, God loves you, me I was a drunk a drug addict almost every drug there was. Yet he forgave me, he had loved me all my life , and I decided to follow him, still do, at 67 I preach on the street and in assisted living centers.

I remember when I was praying during Lent of 2009 and I was filled with Holy Spirit and I had a lot of burden in my heart mainly because of my parents specially father and I heard a man speak to me in person , I got scared and opened my eyes and there was no man in the room and He called me " Daughter! I know everyone is against you but don't worry I am with you! " , I heard the audible voice of God Jehovah that day.

I've been focusing a lot this past week on LOVE. Just love in general. God says perfect love casts out fear. I just feel like love might be the answer to so many things. And I feel like it might help me get through the trials that I've been struggling with. I do feel like that prayer about love may have been meant for me! 💞

@@Bubbles_L Blessings Fam in Christ... Our Father God IS the image and sound of LOVE. His Love has LIFE. His Love is PURE, WHOLE and the Way of Love. Love He freely gives on both the good and the wicked (.. rain, sunshine, hope). Take a moment .. surf through your memory even at your hostility toward Him He was always with you. His Love is first in your day, night and afternoon... first in everything joy and sadness... sadness I say because He is with you because through waves/ storms of life He gives you HOPE. (..chastening/ strengthening/ sharpening your faith muscles). God is GOOD ALL THE TIME ...we just often forget He is with us ... so we forget to Thank Him. Isnt it a AMAZING? .. because of His Son Jesus we have access right where we are at and just talk to Him. (relationship). I know He is with you during moments you seem to be @ war with fever of the mind/ emotion. (spiritual warfare). Dont give up, God will sustain you , He knows your every battles by name and definition. He WONT leave you ever! Continue to TRUST God. You both are added to my prayer journal. Blessings.

This was a really encouraging testimony. I got so much out of it having been molested at three years old by a female babysitter. The enemy had a hold on my life for a long time. I lived in sin and thought myself worthless like this woman did. I lived in the gay lifestyle and yet I was very unhappy. Recently I became jobless and was briefly homeless after moving around the country searching for "home". My mom was a Christian and never gave up praying for me. I believe her prayers saved my life. I kept myself away from my family due to shame and guilt but God never gave up on me. The world will throw you away but not Jesus. I had an experience of Jesus when I was trying to turn my life around two years ago. I've never been the same since. He truly goes after the lost. I would urge anyone reading this who has felt that the life isn't worth it to pray to Jesus. He is truly a saver of the lost. God bless you!
