Thanks! I love your explanations. Current limiting power supplies are a must for checking experimental circuits. SO many components have been saved by SLOWLY "sneaking up" on the full voltage levels. I remember how you said in previous videos the importance of deadtime control and the necessary time required to turn off one transistor BEFORE you turn on the other or transistors will short. Also the importance of checking the transistors that drive the mosfets or output transistors . Best regards!

best regards and special thanks for your valuable encouraging comment yes in smps, there are too may critical and vital parameters, which must be kept in mind while dealing with these circuits

PWM only work with frequency above 300hz does not work at 50 or 60hz.

The way you described in a mosfet half bridge or full bridge will burn and destroy all the MOSFETs!
@HaseebElectronics2 жыл бұрын
no dear friend I explained the bipolar oscillator for these topologies we need to interface the signal properly to next stages as per configuration of next power stage either MOSFET, bjt, igbt etc. either we are injecting directly, or through optocoupler, or through transformer whatsoever but the TL494 switcher will remain same

Very nice video, it reminds me dealing with the old LM723 and its error amplifiers for current limiting function.

Thank you. Besides, we should think, I mean, if I damage two or three parts, I'll stop and try to find the reason before to continue testing.
@HaseebElectronics2 жыл бұрын
you are right. we must see the reasons for the destruction of the components in case if we ave something wrong
@ministeriomundialliberando84032 жыл бұрын
In my case, I reuse parts taken from scratchs but before to use it definitely in a not known project, I first buy some similar cheap parts son in case of destruction, the cheap one is damaged and once the project is tested good, then I use the best part I have.

Sir I must apologize to on the push pull the circuit was put together properly the issue was the mosfet I got from the electrician system was all bad when I test the mosfet today I buy the mosfet all was fake fet I did use igbt as switching and the circuit work smoothly the only thing am having issues with is the feedback controller which pin do I con the 15 dc voltage to so the ac voltage stay the same on load am dropping voltage from 240 to 160 so you did explain the right diagram the mosfet was the issues i just need a reply on the feedback voltage connection which pin to add the feedback voltage to pin 3 or 15

Can you design something, choose parts(and tell WHY you chose each part), and build some things(small) in your videos? I cannot speak for others, but the biggest problem that I have, is I don't know WHICH transistor, capacitor, etc., for a project.

I have a power to control the current of the laser bar of the hair removal device, which works with an analog voltage of 0 to 4.7 volts and a pulse with a range of five volts. It has been having a problem for a few days, and only when it is connected to the 230 V , it only creates 24V of output by first trigger pulse once, and then it does not work until I disconnect and reconnect the 230V input voltage again.
