And now the owner has learned that it's OK to not keep up with it and just let it go again, then call you to fix it all. Again. It's a win-win in their mind: You get business (they feel like they're doing you a favor.). They avoid fines. They don't have to mow it and they think it's cheaper than if they did it themselves on the regular. Plus, it looks great when you're done.

My neighbor kept two goats in his 10 acres field that was overgrown with kudzu vines. It was pristine within a week. Amazing how much they can eat.

There are some pretty cool attachments for skid steers out there. You can even get a deck similar to this one that will grind down trees in upwards of 6 inches diameter to the ground.

That property has a Mugwart infestation. The plant that is growing up against the garage that was 4 tall is Mugwart. That stuff is the worst. Almost impossible to get rid of, it has seeds and strong deep roots. If you chop the roots and stems into pieces every single piece will sprout.

That thing is a beast how much did it cost? I always used a 1998 Murray push mower. It has done me well still use it today I dont like ridin mowers because there lazy and you can't get all the nooks and crannies. Also I can afford a new mower but why would I when the one I have is amazing.

Tyler Caldwell usually the township hires us when the property is not maintained, however this house is managed by a trust company so they hired and paid us. I have township authorized work this week, 4 lots and tree trimming over the road
