#72 How to have difficult conversations? The Online Samosa Show

Difficult conversations requires to have some values of our own. Some requirements for a difficulty conversations are-- 1. One has to have values. 2. One needs courage of different types. Real courage is I am willing to approach differently compared to give up completely. Acceptance your ignorance is courage. 3. Patience and loving attitude-- Some meaningful change has to happen in either you or your friend or family. 4. True openness-- I am willing to change openly and discuss mine and your values. Once you are ready how will you have a difficult conversation? 1. Never talk from their point of view but your own. 2. I see this effect based on the cause. I have come prepared to change myself. Discuss the cause and effect. 3. Patience & Loving approach: State your point of view or hear the other's point of view. Start with your view and eventually move on to them. Everything has to be lovingly answered between the two party's.

A true change will happen when all the data of both are fully answered and exhausted. If one does not follow the above then the friend or family starts becoming distant. The consequences are heavy in your life. Never be afraid to stand up for your values.

Nicely discussed. But hey, tea is not nutritionally zero. It not only brings people together but improves mood too. And studies show it has antioxidants 😊

This is true. Especially the bonding. Chai has more nutrition, and tea - has antioxidants (but zero calorie :))
