Get some neoprene washers for motor bolts. Stack the washers for vibration. also hard to tell if you are getting chain stay issues. Love this build.

Possible chain alignment or front sprocket height issue could cause excessive chain drag noise. I currently have the same issue with my TTR QS motor swap.. been thinking about swapping in a Kunray KR5V into my Tuttio, but not sure if I’m ready for all the frame fabrication quite yet.. Good job for leading the way for information though!

You should get a different motor; that controller can run 10kw ish and you have a 3kw rated motor. You could get more than 3x the power! Awesome video

The motor changes nothing the power rating is for tempature rating the power will still be 10kw just motor get hotter

You took out a 48-88 volt fardriver comtroller to put in a 72 volt controller? Then you modified the bike to add a MY1020?? Thats an inferior motor to the one that was on the bike already! Then All you need was a fardriver bluetooth dongle, 72v battery and battery leads. You did all that work to make the bike worse... FWI the lishen Amorge iron box 72v24ah fits perfect in the tuttio tray. Amorge has a sale on a battery & lead combo for the very same bike at this moment.

Well I wasnt aware of that from my research it seemed like 72v would fry those electronics. Also from what I heard the controller can only handle up to 70amps stock which is less than I wanted to use. maybe I’ll use it and the motor for a go cart build or sumthing,

Because it didn’t fit that way and I didn’t want to hack at the frame to make it because it’s no big deal. I’m gonna cover the battery anyways when I get the chance.

You need to install a chain tensioner. The chain tension will eliminate the sound when braking

Outdoor Pat has a video on this bike, same chain problem. I believe they just tightened it and that fixed the issue. The chain is hitting the metal chain guard below it

looks like 12/14 are the only option unless you extend the rear swingarm, larger front forks, and longer rear shock. at that point you should be able to fit a 14/17 setup

Well the controller and motor are rated for 48v so no. But the controller is a high quality fardriver. It says in it it can handle 270amps so you could put a 48v battery in this thing with a larger bms. Then you could get some more power.

@@Surronsterlover-69 where would you start? there's the unsecured oversize battery, or there's the hacked half seat that's putting this kids future kids right next to said unsecured powerful lithium pack, but if neither of those bother you surely the "ghetto ass" sprocket held on by "shitty welds" that is currently probably causing his issues with chain skip seals the deal?, take your pick which but all ring true. Now he has to persevere with franken-bike or return it to what its supposed to be, a pretty peppy 48v good bike. Of course he'll still have the ruined seat to replace and a big hack out of the frame and maybe some holes, but replacing the seat would go some way to making it pretty again.
