All Rounder 360 to the individual components we can apply ! Give a componentgroup name to those components .. within the layout container , create a policy to allow those components ..

sudarshan V after u create your editable template in configuration browser , go to templates console /libs/wcm/core/content/sites/templates.html/conf

Hi, How to allow Editable template at /content root path ?

go to properties of that root page from sites console -> Advanced -> Template settings -> give the path of your template (from conf folder in crxde) and add '/*' regular expression at the end this should show the template
