Hi! After the last update the INIT B page now asks for the ZFWCG, which we don’t have atm in the EFB, only way is to set the fuel at 0 to get it. Devs said they were planning to add the ZFWCG value in the EFB

As far as I'm aware the CG they show in the EFB is the ZFWCG, they just didn't rename it. At least that's how I understood their posts in their discord.

@@A330Driver I tried to give you an answer but my messages don’t seem to appear. The CG value changes when you add fuel. They said on their discord that it was indeed the GWCG and that you need to don’t load fuel to get the ZFWCG, they also said they were going to add the ZFWCG value in the EFB. Cheers

Good day, Thanks for these fantastic videos! Do you know if there is currently a bug in the A310 ? The cabin pressure has been very high lately. I didn't have this problem before and the APU bleed is off and I can't find what the problem is. I can't fix the problem manually either. I took pictures of it but I can't add them here. Thanks for the video, awesome work. Is there anyway to create your own fixes, or extended centreline with 10 miles or 20 miles extension? On the CRJ, we could also program in green fixes/circles, with a radius of your choosing, for example a 5 nm green ring, is this a possibility with the A310? Also, the "banana" (properly called selected altitude intercept arc) on the navigation display, which displays your predicted height, from the FCU, or more precisely, where along the aircraft’s lateral track the selected altitude will be reached. Is this magic banana available here or is it wishful thinking?

Hi Ali, I believe it is possible, but I've seen issues with it. When I tried to create a PB way point it just showed up anywhere, but not where it was supposed to be. I could not find any FIX page so it's probably not possible to create the rings. The banana is available on the 310 as well, yes.

Hey do you think instead of selecting a310 for sim brief, I can select the a300? I ask so I can get an actual cos index but idk how accurate that would be. If I can’t do that, how do you roughly calculate cos index

I would not recommend doing that. There is no way to calculate the cost index manually.

How doesn't work ? :D if you do step by step from this tutorial , or any other it should work flawlessly . Definitely you are doing something wrong , but like on every single plane - there is a learning curve :) i am sure you will be able to perfect it . And dont fly default A320 , it wont teach you anything - at least fly FBW A320 NEO mod , its free too .

@@A330Driver usually I start at the gate(XBOX if that matters) , setting the flight plan and then contacting ATC to request taxi clearance. with taxi clearece menu I get few options such as: depart west, depart east, depart using IFR, depraty straight away. so usually I chose depart using IFR but I don't understand the logic behind. hope I was clearer , I can take a screenshot also. THANK YOU , my MSFS experience much better and entertaining since I found your channel.

I have a problem with the navigational data starting from 3:15 The route in SimToolkitPro has routing points in it that are not in the FMC. For example I tried a route EDDN to EDDV and for the sake of realism I subscribed to Navigraph and also updated all my libraries, data, plugins, whatever. The Navdata Center application says AIRAC 2213 rev.2 is installed for MSFS and SimToolkitPro also got the update via FMS Data Manager. So naturally I should be all set up, right? Before the flight, during the planning phase within MSFS, it shows me all the imported approaches, departures, waypoints and so on. So that looks fine. But then when I'm ingame and try to enter let's say airway M726 to LASTO the screen of the FMC just refreshes but doesn't actually do anything. It doesn't apply what I entered to the flight plan. How can I solve that problem?

Hi Kla, I've seen some occasions when there was only a single waypoint on the airway segment (so for example when there is no additional waypoints between your FROM waypoint and LASTO on M726), in which the A310 failed to load them correctly. In that case I just entered them as a direct. If that's not the issue I'd recommend to reach out to inibuilds to get some help with this issue. I'm sure they'll be able to help you better than I or anyone else on youtube could. Cheers!

We're talking about a 1970s airliner here, there was no datalink back then! Even though it is possible to import some simbrief stuff. But let's keep it realistic for the tutorials, shall we? I might do one on how to do it with simbrief lateron. That'll be cheating though ;)

@@A330Driver Yeah but she is still flying nowadays :D so let's presume datalink function is retrofitted 😅😅 Actually i have question about some issue with datalink - dont know if it is simulated properly but .. if i do uplink , i cant edit crz temp and tropo value .. it yells at me INVALID ENTRY :D so for example - it writes something like -52/36xxx and my OFP has -41/31xxx , and there is no way how to edit ..or am i just noob and pressing something wrong ? :D in Fenix it works :D

You can import flight plan from Simbrief. Press MENU on FMC, then ACARS. Input simprief username and press request simbrief

The company route - if we have one. It's strange that it keeps showing boxes after we put the citypair in, it certainly is not mandatory to enter a company route. Misleading indication indeed.

It only takes about a minute to insert a flightplan once you invested perhaps half an hour to learn how to do it. I can *really* recommend making yourself familiar with basic FMS usage, you will gain so much from it in your flight sim experience.

Are your engines running? If the A310 is anyway like the A320 then you can not access the INIT B page with the engines running. In the 320 you'd use the FUEL PRED page as a substitude, not sure about the 310.
