Hi Sheila Going to make this little cardigan next for my granddaughters baby (not born yet) little girl. Me being left hand I will have to reverse for the button hole. I hope I can do it. Only been knitting for 70+ years. That’s a laugh. Your cardi is gorgeous. x LorraineRaven

She is using standard 8 ply needles : bands in 3.25 (old size 10, UK), and main body in 4mm (old size 8), so yes I am sure it is 8 ply wool.

Wow! Thank you Ma’am for explaining this so well! I returned to knitting after years and loving it. Thanks to you, it was made easy and I made my first baby set in 4 days 😊 I have a question though, do you have the same kind of pattern video to make a bottom up knit jersey for a lady? If not then can I use this same pattern for myself ? I’m a little overwhelmed by the armhole, neck and shoulder shaping that is described in other KZbin channels .. pls help, thank you

Hi Sheila, I really appreciate your effort to show us especially us amateurs how to knit. Can I ask for help with the 3 rows/increase at the neck? I am pulling my hair out and have to start all again so many times because I cannot get to grips with the increase technique. Is there a slow playback or anything that can help me to understand. My daughter is expecting her baby this month and really want to complete it before then:) Thank you so much!
