Have you seen how strong the 74 year old woman looks ? Look at how she bends and picks the pots from the ground easily several times. She may not be eating junk food and she excercises through her hard work and takes good care of herself. Now people as young as 35 are having waist pains and cannot squat. Friends let's be careful what we eat and stop looking for easy way out of making money e.g. asking people for momo on social media. Well doone Kofi TV.

What a Blessing…..She’s only a few years younger than I am and I feel tired just watching her and the great work she does. However, I’m thankful for being able to cook for my large family…..(10 grandkids, all great eaters), work at keeping or condo clean and beautiful for Hubby and me…(and that’s work!!)….plus do our Ministry via Internet….She however, has “set the bar high”, for being active even in old age…. Blessings
