Nice track... I am wishing so much to dissolve subconscious blocks that are no longer serving me and sabotaging me in unfolding my potential... while I consider myself lucky to have all the resources I need to achieve what I want, there are these moments when something happens that seems beyond my conscious control... for example, I drive well during driving lessons, my teacher tells me so, but during the test I tend to do ONE thing, usually in the last minutes, to screw everything up and which is usually a mistake I have never made during lessons... I meet a new person where I know there is a potential for a connection and in the beginning it’s going great, and then soon after something happens I hardly can explain and we fall apart... I passed all my courses in my psychology studies and now since many months I can’t bring myself to write my thesis, the last thing I have to do to succeed, because there is such a big inner resistance. I know I shouldn’t focus on bad outcomes to not create a self fulfilling prophecy but I am also quite sure that there is something subconscious holding me back from bigger success and happiness, probably to protect me or something, but I just want to clear this because I yearn for more fulfillment. Any advice?

I like your channel alot.. just dont say such obsenity as " detoxing the soul"...there is no toxins within the Soul. Soul is the purest state of being... you can detox your confused ego self by having communion with own soul... sit with that for a moment ...

The other meditation is for negative ruminating thoughts, anxiety, healing the chakras and how to relax the muscles, mind and heart because peopke have been through their own life traumas, having their own distorted and exaggerated experiences based on their state of being and considering controlled substances are the top of the list for most prescribed medication tells me thete is a toxins in everything we are exposed to so maybe dont take Im the word so literally because I see it as efficient cleansing of grief and suffering that people are needing to let go of the compulsion and behavior that have people on their spiritual journey to begin with. No harm said.
