The potential for fundraising could be massive, a 2 match series, England RL Vs England union in a game of league, at elland road or old Trafford , reverse fixture playing union at Twickenham, all proceeds to MND awareness that's upto 100,000 tickets sold and I would imagine a decent following on the TV

This has been put forward in Australia, no insurance company was willing to accept league players with minimal training being involved in scrums or mauls. It will never happen.

It would be great if we could get England's Union and league teams to play against each other to really raise more money and awareness of this awful disease, maybe some sort of hybrid game I really think it would be a success both on and off the pitch.

Essentially was, Union team also a lot older and had family of Weir playing. They need to invest more into it and have current day players if they want to raise big funds.
