Its not Rae who's breaking Steven down, its the relationship he'e having with Brendan that's taring him up. Its not that he doesn't to be with Brendan, actually he wants to be with him exclusively and the fact that Brendan is keeping Steven a secret is killing him. Steven feels bad that he's hurting Rae, but he know's that he can't have Brendan without having Rae as a cover. The fact is that Steven really doesn't want to be in this relationship with Rae, he was willing pretty much from the start to be open about his relationship with Brendan, but Brendan said no. If you remember, Steven directly asked Brendan if they could just tell people their together. That was when Brendan told Steven he had to get a girlfriend, and to call Rae. Steven said no I want to be with you. He never wanted to be with Rae in the first place. Steven loves Rae but not in love with Rae.

I am very proud of Rae she finally stood up for herself and now knows the truth about Ste.I think Ste was really insentive when he said about using protection with Brendan but he couldn't do the same with Rae.I am glad Rae called him out on that.Saying that he didn't care about her.Brendan he just doesn't want to her to say anything about him being gay and he doesn't want Ste.Ste and Brendan both where in the wrong in this episode.Wonderful acting with all three them.

These r the reasons I believe Ste is a bottom and Brendan is a top (actually I think he is THE top). Of course this is only my opinion and since Hollyoaks never showed any real sex or made them outright say it their sexual position everyone can believe whatever they want and hits their kink. That's the beauty of it :)

And BTW, if Brendan would just admit that he is gay and learn to live with it (which I think would not be all that hard, people around him don't seem to mind all that much, at least the persons who count), people could maybe stop using his sexuality against him, and threatening to tell everyone. This one is getting old: Macca, then Danny, now Mitzee, and I think that if Warren knew, he would be just too happy to do exactly the same... :S

There are things that piss me off. For example the part where Rae says that Brendan don't want Ste, and Ste really thinks that it is true xd. God Ste, he slept with you and he kiss you all the time, if one person doesn't want/love/whatever another, doesn't do that kind of things xdxd.

Nothing of this even makes sense. Don't judge other culture's based on your own.In most of the world people are not so prude like in the USA. And even by the american standart, at this point, Ste only slept with 1 guy. Besides, if you saying about the "being careful" part, Ste is implying using condoms for BJ and making sure Brendan uses one. Not that is off any relevance for anything but Brendan makes it clear in future episodes he is top and Ste bottom.
