From your way of thinking, to the level of discipline you approach every single task in front of you
The 75 Hard Challenge is made up of 5 ‘non-negotiable rules’ which have to be completed for 75 days straight
1)Stick to a diet, any diet and Absolutely no alcohol or cheat meals are allowed (it doesn’t specify what counts as a cheat meal)
2)Read 10 pages of inspirational
3)Complete two 45-minute workouts per day (one of them has to be outside, no matter the weather)
4)Drink 4 litres of water each day
5)Take a daily progress photo
There’s more. If you don’t manage to complete these six tasks every day, you have to start back at day one.
