Running the amount of asymmetrical and symmetrical fractals through systems of equations says that there should be 50 asymmetrical and 28 symmetrical, however, I observed 44 asymmetrical and 36 symmetrical which only makes sense when the amount of fractals including duplicates is 240 instead of 256. This is because one or two fractals repeat on different equations. This has also happened with the Cubic ABS fractals where there is a ~5-20% chance of this one fractal showing up
April 9th 2022:
I have discovered that zrc = zr * zr + zi * zi and zrc = Math.abs(zr * zr + zi * zi) are the same since it is impossible to have a negative value there. This has caused 2 asymmetric fractals to show up 8 times and at least 3 symmetrical (The "Geometric Shapes") fractals to show up 4 times.
July 21st: The reason that the colors are slightly shifted in this video is because Olive exports in sRGB while VLC and KZbin ignore that and interprets the video as rec709 screwing up the colors.

Cool stuff! I used the formula for the heart fractal (burning ship mandelbar as you call it) and used the mandelbrot formula in one fractal, creating a hybrid fractal, if any of you don't understand what a hybrid fractal is, it's a way to combine two fractals by iterating the first formuka 1 time and iterating the second formula the second time, and do that for every iteration, in other words, lets use a hybrid fractal that's well known, which iterates the mandelbrot set 10 times, and then iterates the burning ship 1 time after that, and do that for every iteration, you find a cool result! what I did is combine the heart with the mandelbrot set, and got an interesting shape that seems to contain several fractals, first of all, it obviously contains minihearts, and minibrots, but it also contains the perpendicular mandelbrot, the quill fractal, and I'm not sure but maybe tricorn. It's fascinating.

Indeed, I remember when I first implemented interior coloring being quite surprised by the complexity of the "geometric shapes". Some fractals even have entire fractals exclusively inside of them which can only be seen with interior coloring. The "Sideways Ship" fractal (23) is entirely inside of the interior of the "Blow Dryer" fractal (69) at around real: -1.479 imag: 0.0.

12 years ago I made a unique variation of the mandlebrot playing around messing with the functionality of a mandelbrot and I discovered an interesting variation of the mandelbrot. Little did I know that I would be granted access to Dalle 2 which can do picture variations on uploaded pictures I tried it with my picture and got an amazing load of variations of my type of mandelbrot and they are beautiful each one almost certainly somewhere there near the algorithmic space of the mandelbrot only this time I didn't have to do the maths it's like my picture is a doorway to many other mandelbrots. I made character sets of these, although my set might be different from yours. My character set basically depicts humans/stick figures wielding these fractals as tools/weapons, some wielding more than 1, like the Mandelbrot guy wielding the classic fractal, the Perpendicular Mandelbrot as a gun (unlocking multishot at power 5), the Tricorn like a ninja star, and after the heart fractal (the one thats shaped like a heart, not the one thats the bottom half of the burning ship fractal mirrored across the real axis) comes up in the video, using the hearts to conjure weapons that are related to hearts in a way. A cool ability of these Fractals is whenever they get very angry, they can actually increase the power of the fractal they hold. The Mandelbrot's Power 3 form straight up ditches the classic fractal, harness it's cubic energy (get it? raising a number to the power of 3 is sometimes referred to as cubing that number) to gain an aura in the shape of a Duobrot Set (Power 3 Mandelbrot) on the hands, general body, the bullet of the Perpendicular Mandelbrot gun as well as sparks that appear when the Tetracorn (Power 3 Tricorn) and the Perpendicular Mandelbrot bullet hits something. The Celtic's Power 3 form doesn't have the Mandelbrot aura, but instead modifies the fractal weapon to it's power 3 form, as well as gaining an orange aura. The Burning Ship's Power 3 form has it's hand morph into the Power 3 fractal at will and use it as a sort of pirate hook sort of thing, and unlocking the ability to conjure actual burning ships in its Power 5 form to deal massive damage and inflict burn on targets should they avoid the attack and be near where the ship hits. The Buffalo's Power 3 form is where he can ride the fractal using it as a sort of fractal fighter jet, being able to shoot bullets from the "mouth", and in its Power 5 form, it unlocks the ability to summon a stampede of actual buffalos to deal massive damage. The Burning Ship also uses the Perpendicular Burning Ship as a gun.

The 'Converting Complex to Real' at 11:59 section seems overcomplicated, why introduce x=i rather than just point out that expanding brackets is done treating i in the same way as a & b, regardless of what they all stand for, until you have an instance of i*i in the expansion. Unfortunately, I don't believe it will it possible to do that with most Fractals in the video. I could only get it to work with the 12 Classic Fractals and their rotational duplicates. The other 66 Fractals in the video have Abs() or signage in a weird spot that makes it impossible to calculate with Polar Coordinates. Potentially another method of power morphing could work.

The bottom half of the burning ship is different from the Heart Mandelbrot because It's affected by the top, so Heart Mandelbrot is not the burning ship mandelbar. and taking the conjugate of z on the burning ship with any folds simply just flips it (not rotated) so the "real" burning ship mandelbar is the burning ship but flipped
