I’d just like to add a tiny bit of clarification on the flaps above the hotring hellfire which are mentioned around 43:25 . Those are there on the real life versions of modern nascar cars but are not there for braking or slowing the car down, although that is one of their functions indirectly. Those flaps automatically deploy when a car spins out and is moving sideways or backwards. They disrupt airflow around the car, pushing the air up, which in turn pushes the car down. This prevents the car from lifting up into the air. There are also flaps on the hood of the car that act as vents for air that comes under the car after entering from the rear diffusers when the car is going backwards. These vents make sure that the air has somewhere to go and constantly stays at a lower pressure than the air around the car, which suctions the car onto the track. Obviously, these cars still flip in some crashes, but it’s not nearly as common as it used to be before these flaps were introduced. They’re a safety feature that’s managed to prevent a lot of bad crashes from becoming horrible ones, especially for the spectators.

Interplay has described the first Fallout game as the spiritual successor to Wasteland as stated by Cain. So this would be a nod to a nod because Interplay made Wasteland, there was some fallout (lol), some Devs went to Troika and the rest became Black Isle and as you know Black Isle made the first Fallout as Black Isle was the RPG subsidiary of Interplay. As such, GTA has given that diner the 1950s vibe mixing the look of the Red Rocket and a few of the Diners found in Fallout and there is nothing the Fallout loves more than easter eggs and in Fallout 76 you can play the original Wasteland on your Pipboy. Last bit of fun, Las Vegas did not get hit in Wasteland as "no one bets against the house and wins" and The house always wins is an achievement in New Vegas. Fallout New Vegas map and GTA San Andreas map, if you flip the New Vegas map you can overlay it on the west side of San Andreas, then reverse the Hoover Dam side back. Somewhat legitimately. Only when we can claim a car though our Salvage Yard or to buy the car from someone who has the plate on a car that was claimed from the Salvage Yard. Another way I'm aware of is car to car merges.

The first tip he did about cars not spawning in front of you if you aren’t looking has always been a speculation of mine lol I’ll have my camera revered to shoot enemies and then look forward and see cars, then look back again to shoot enemies and i never run in to or pass the cars I had just seen in front me. For the fact number 12 you can get the liberty city license plate for some cars in gta online with the salvage yard robberies if rockstar let us get those cars and some times you will find liberty state license plate like in the boor the last claimable car we have back in the american independence week event.

You can merge it onto more cars, and you can also buy these cars with the merged plate from someone at the LSCM. With this, I have the plate on quite a few cars like the new dominator FX, which isn’t a salvage yard robbery vehicle
