legendary! Well, im having fun with the original 125cc 8HP bolted back on... until the next motor conversion! Funny because I watched yours a lot as well this week and it made me jealous! They are seriously cool vehicles. My car and dirt bikes break down and i don't flinch, when the 'ass dies a ditch all obligations till its running again. Have a blast!

hi stewpedone - when you do the engine upgrade (125 to 160) does the bike still retain theC.A.R.B. rating - and how does the state of CAL "feel" about it - I"m in tx now and will be moving to LA in the near future - just trying to find out if it's ok (legally) to convert - I'm assuming it is since you've actually done it and are operating in southern Cal. - too bad Sachs doesn"t just have a stock 150 or 160 so you can hit 70 mph when it"s required - you obviously are a very good rider !

They do make a 50cc and 125cc. The bike gets 80mpg. Modified goes 75mph! Quite impressive on a machine that's only 218#'s with 20-25hp. I'd ROCK the shit outta it with 60mph WHEELIES!
