Thank you for mentioning the part about not smoking and not eating meet! That's really fantastic! I looked up another word today, the verb balancer in in French is to swing or to snitch/spill the beans on someone/something, like the Angèle song or the phrase balance ton porc. In English it looks like to balance but I believe that is équilibrer in French.

Merci pour cette vidéo🙏🏻. J’en connaissais quelques-uns, mais mon préféré faux amis est le pub (publications) et envie.

Thank you for this video. However, there a few more things to note in English. 34, a slip is also a piece of women's undergarments, depending on the context. 37, tongue can mean either a language (like speaking in tongues), or the thing in your mouth ("he burnt his tongue on the pizza.") 51, "ail" is a more of an older word. It might be said in the expression "what ails you?" I don't think I've seen just "ail" in a sentence by itself. 56, retard - you are correct, it can be used as a slur, if stressed on the first syllable. But if stressed on the second, it's a verb meaning "to hold back or delay." Overall, I appreciate the comparisons of words. Sometimes, it seems like spelling was the comparison, and sometimes, it was the sounds of the words. But overall, I appreciate the list to avoid confusion, and to not use the wrong word in the wrong context.

À mon avis vous devriez discuter ouvertement de tous les mots, même ceux qui ne sont pas utilisés dans bonne société.
