What about 75 years from now? What can we do? Congratulations to all who made the film “75 Years.” I love the stunning mountain views, children laughing as they ski, and the serene music. The message is clear - we must protect our winters. But, what can we do to prevent these playful snow scenes from being distant memories in another 75 years? Scientists have studied why our planet is warming. They conclude we have wrapped the Earth in a blanket of pollution that is trapping heat. It is established fact that the distinctive molecular fingerprints in this pollution are unmistakably from fossil fuels like coal, oil, and natural gas. Recent new laws provide lots of incentives for clean energy. Still, old coal plants are being kept in service. New gas-fired plants are being built. As long as it’s profitable to keep billowing exhaust, big polluters will not change their ways. We need a big solution. Let’s charge fossil fuel makers a fee based on the exhaust their products will release when burned. Businesses, including power plants, will find ways to stop polluting to stay profitable. And, a novel idea that goes well with carbon pricing is “carbon cashbacks.” Canada has this. They send their carbon fee revenue back to households in quarterly “climate income” checks. What can you do? Tell Senators Daines and Tester, and Congressman Zinke you want to protect our winters with a price on pollution. Envision your great, great grandchildren enjoying ski days like today and knowing you cared to make it possible for them. I'm sure those super duper smart "scientists" telling you the sky is falling because of those mean ol fossil fuels don't get 100% of their funding from politician's that require a certain "result" to push their commy narrative. But please continue to educate us on how "green" your batteries solar panels and wind mills are. LMAO. What goes into those batteries again? What happens when we have to toss them? Lithium mining and cobalt mining is sooooo green, such a savior to the human race.

Beautiful film. Trusted voices tell us the urgency to act! Sometimes the jargon ("global emissions," "greenhouse gas," "CO2 Level," "climate change") can be daunting. You do not need to be a scientist: 1. We have wrapped a blanket of pollution around the earth from burning fossil fuels like coal, oil, and natural gas. 2. The earth is warming because heat that used to escape to space is trapped. 3. The good news is, we can halt rising temperatures by switching to clean (non-polluting) energy!

Very good, you pass the test of regurgitating propaganda fed to us by our CCP master's. Interesting how the #1 global polluter requires the entire world to embrace the green nightmare while burning all the fossil fuels they want. Also interesting how that shift to "green" creates 100% energy reliance on China as they conveniently have all the materials for your super duper green batteries (LOL) , solar panels and windmills. So interesting how the ONLY solution to your "SKY IS FALLING!" bs is communism and abandonment of domestic energy independence.
