Really badly done. Poor finish in every room. Paint job looks terrible. But the profits speak for themselves. If he had done a nicer finish would it of actually achieved the extra value.. probably not. 10k Extra to get it done properly. For an extra £200 per month In rent spread over 5 years to have to rip it out again after tenants have trashed it. It’s only an extra £34 per month profit for the extra work. Not much point. Although it looks terrible. The end goal is money.

This is a shit job but most are lovely when finished, how can they possibly do re plaster, new kitchen , new bathroom, new roof , carpeted , decorated, all for £5,000 😂
