@28:44 After seeing 4 Aces, you REALLY need to ask for a new shoe. It's a private table. There's no "etiquette" that prevents you from asking for a shuffle at any time. Beyond just a bad count, common sense tells you that you're not going to get any blackjacks with half of the aces gone.

The aces being gone means the casinos will never allow a reshuffle. It’s pretty rare to get a reshuffle in general. Back in the day you can negotiate everything if ur a high roller but not these days
