This home isn’t in Aspen. It’s on Old Snowmass. It was $60 million. But it’s now $45 million. Comes with 896 acres. It’s called 4 Peaks Ranch.

They did mention that it is in Snowmass, plus not as many people are familiar with Snowmass, and it' so close to Aspen, the best thing to do to familiarize it to people is by just going with Aspen. Hearing Aspen automatically sets people's expectations to be high! 😊😊

These high priced homes $50 mil+ ALWAYS drop their prices huge. Here's the problem with 75 million home, #1 you have a limited market (billionaires) #2 most billionaires would only custom build their homes because even the slightest detail that turns them off and they will tear the home down and start fresh (if they really want that property it sits on) so basically their just buying the land for 75 million, a steep price for buying dirt even for a billionaire.
