Its like Indians celebrating British independence day while the British rule over them.
@meofficial97103 жыл бұрын
I clearly understand what you are trying to convince. But i am sorry to tell you that that's not true at all. 1) when the britishers ruled there was little to no freedom. Nagas are free to go where ever they want and whenever they want. nobody is stopping them. they can go to other states of india or even abroad just like any other citizen. Whereas under the british rule one was required to get special permissions from them and which was mostly rejected, which is what is called discrimination. None of these happen now. 2) nagas run their own government, own police system, etc with naga people in the high ranking positions, you know just like any other state in India does. Whereas under british rule only the Britishers could take the high ranking position on indian or resident. i can go on with all the difference, and there are a lot. so kindly do your homework before saying all these. and yes I have seen your comments in so many ytb video telling all these bullsh** things. man just grow up, just throw away all these garbage ideas. Nobody is forcing you anything you are free to do whatever you like.

@@meofficial9710 Your ignorance is beyond comprehension. Your kind of mentality is the reason why the Indian-Naga issue still continues to this day. I can mention a lot of things that Britishers did for India. The education system, the railway system, the abolition of sati and other immoral practices...but still it does not justify British conquest of India. In the same manner, no matter how kind India seems to be to Nagas, still it does not justify its forceful control over her. Will you be happy if I come and annex your property as mine but allow you certain freedoms and privileges? Use common sense.
@meofficial97103 жыл бұрын
@@hof5943well first of all its not ignorance I just brought the facts, facts that everybody knows. Your comment tried to tell that nagaland is under some kind of forceful rule just like India was under the British rule, which is absolutely not true and that's what I tried to tell you, seems like you didn't actually understand my comment. I never said britishers did everything wrong, yes they did some good works too like you have mentioned. but their wrongdoings outweighs their good works, like you have mentioned the railway system, well that was done mostly to transport their loots from diff parts of india to the costal regions and then send it england and u must have read about the bengal famine and if you have then you know what I mean here. Tell me how is the GoI "forcefully" controlling nagaland, i already have mentioned nagas have everything of their own from the lowest to the highest position in any naga gov dept. I have even read that nagas are exempt from taxation from the central gov (though i am not 100% sure abt thia one). where is the forceful occupation u r talking abt. and no their is no limitation for naga people anywhere within india just like any other citizen. what limited freedom are u even talking abt. I am absolutely using my common sense.
@hof59433 жыл бұрын
@@meofficial9710 Go read the real history of how Nagaland became part of India after Indian Independence during 1947. Do you know that many Nagas celebrate their Independence day on 14th August? That is one day ahead of Indian Independence. Do you know the stories of how Indian army came into Nagaland and killed tens of thousands of innocent people, burned hundreds of villages and raped and molested Naga women after 1947? Why do you think there is still talks going on between government of India and freedom fighters of Nagaland? You can find a lot of materials on this history even on KZbin. This is why I said you are ignorant.
@meofficial97103 жыл бұрын
@@hof5943 Yes I know all these things but that wasn't the question of your comment (or your comment), right ?? Your comment was on a video related to the celebration of 75th indian independence and your comment seemed to tell that nagas (in the video) were forced to celebrate it just like it was under britishers, which is not true and that's what I replied to. also, the video is about the 75th indian independence being celebrated in nagaland, it's already 75 freaking years and u r still living in the past. Lots of government (central) have changed.... those who were in charge (in the centre) at that time are all gone. I know there are a lot of people in nagaland who have the same thinking as you do but I also know that there are a lot more who think otherwise. If that wasn't the case then nagaland would not have been a peaceful place as it is right now.
