brother get in amazing shape before you leave im talking insane shape or else ur just making it harder. do not quit it will end at some point and phase 1 is only 20 days long. get through cole range its gonna be the hardest shit u ever done. dont cheat on land nav make sure ur good at it do a lot of research on regiment before u leave. and u will pass. Now staying in regiment is where it gets brutal as a private u get skull fucked for 16 hours a day but it gets better once u get ur tab

You need to get US citizenship to join any of the US Military Branches. The easiest way to get into the unit in the be video (75 Ranger Regiment) is probably an option 40 contract which guarantees a slot in one of the 3 battalions as an infantryman and a guaranteed spot in Ranger School and RASP which are both required to join the regiment
