自慢じゃないけど、ショパンコンクールの演奏を見た時、この人で、プロコフィエフやシェーンベルグが聞きたいと思った。そしたら実際にプロコフィエフをこれ程見事に弾いているのを見て、いやいや、自分の勘が当たったと、、、ヴィルトゥオジティへの欲求とピアニストとしての美的意識が非常にいいバランスで共存している演奏。これからの活躍が楽しみです！

何回も聴いてしまいます。この難曲をそうは感じさせないのは、流れがあり、かつ鋭いリズム感とオケとのかけ合いや、受け渡しが気持ち良いからでしょう。いいわあ。 オケの方も気持ちよく演奏されている感じ。相乗効果ですね。

薫子さんのこの演奏、もう何度となく繰り返し聴いていますが、繊細さとダイナミックな脈動が混ぜ合わさって、まるで水墨画に描かれた世界を見ているような気持ちになります。演奏が進むにつれてスイスロマンドの皆さんが薫子さんの世界に溶け込むように一つになっていくのがわかります。何でしょう、このクールな端正な印象はと思っていましたが、音楽をねじ伏せるのではなく、一つ一つの音を大切にしながら、プロコフィエフの世界を尊重しつつ一定の距離を保って作り上げていく薫子さんの向き合い方はとても素敵で私たちを敬虔な心の世界へと導いてくれます。とにかく美しいです❣️

She is the most elegant of all!! There wasn't any drama, fake facial expressions, and excessive body language or movement while she performed. She should have gotten other prizes as well. I wasn't impressed by the Chopin Concerto nor the Krof 3 by the Russian.
