the game is truly managed by a clown comapny. This has been the biggest L patch so far. This is pretty much donezo at this point. The bug has been reported 10 days ago, no one fixed it until Legalia made it public , if it is not him these AGS clowns will let people with 100 qual run Aegir tomorrow.

I’m still just really confused about how this bug happened. So, you’re saying people could visit their ignite server characters stronghold from their main server? How? Does this mean when I visit another player’s stronghold they’re not necessarily from my server?

You can visit anyone's stronghold from any server in your region. You can always do this, they just have to be in the region, so the ignite server is included in that. What they failed to do was prevent stronghold travel to ignite characters, and doing that triggered the ignite server rewards for leveling on the ignite server on the character you visited on. So legacy characters were able to get the leveling ignite rewards

They did not detach Stronghold from the rest of the region. That is why. They detached raid lobbies, disabled Market/AH, but forgot that Strongholds are region-wide available. And one player from one server, can enter the SH of a player from another server. When you enter the SH from an Ignite player and then exit, the game considered that your char from legacy server, was a char from Ignite server and it got transferred. So the game was sending you the boxes via mail.

Whichever approach AGS will take for this incident is a lose-lose scenario. Banning 1000 players removes 1000 players, suspending them will results to players who didn't like AGS action on the matter quits. It is just a question of: will you stay or will you quit?

I think it's Karma. I didn't do it. However SG AGS have been cheating players and exploiting players for quite awhile. What goes around comes around, what doesn't catch you on the way there, will catch you on the way back.
