Sri Lanka has real humanity and kindness. It is indescribable. Anyone who comes from another country feels like they have come to meet their big family. However, there are fraudsters in some places. Don't be fooled by them. Many people are addicted to drugs.

Is there an ayurveda method to heal ankle sprain fast? I just twisted my foot 3 days ago & I wanna heal fast!!!!!! What do I do, Elizabeth my friend? Have you experienced twisted foot/ankle sprains?

I am sorry for that! I am not aware of an Ayurveda method for it, but I remember that when I twisted my foot in Oman many years ago, I had been told by the the Indian doctor at the hospital to prepare a balm with hot water, turmeric and salt, and apply on the (really swollen) ankle twice a day. Can you believe it healed in a few days? You can give it a try! Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and it decreases the swelling
