Threw a simple axle back in mine (Goodwin Racing Roadstersport Race) and the sound is genuinely amazing. Has an incredible throaty rev to redline and an amazing bassey rumble below 2K. Fits the "angry puppy dog" character of the ND perfectly.

I try some different MX5 ND before buying mine, the stock suspensions are made for old peoples who doesn't want to be bounced even for the soft top version, the car is too high also. When i buy my ND2 it have K&N coilover / sway bar installed, this is night and day, the car feel so much stable and precise at cornering. I don't try the stock version at high speed (140km/h and more) but my car doesn't bounce and you can cruise at 180/200 km/h. It remind me my E92 330I at high speed, but my car is very low and it have some camber due to the ride height , i think it help a lot

it was around ~7.5s in the video and the launch was not perfect. plus 2 shifts that could have been a bit quicker. i guess ~6.2-6.4s would be possible under perfect conditions. but to get below 8s you really have to nail it. its not like in a DSG equipped golf where you hit the manufacturer time basically every time you just stomp the gas.

Lol, the 4th to 5th shifts were scary to me with how long you were holding onto the car and shifter at 180Kmph with just one hand on the wheel, and the other on the shifter. Looks incredibly fun and actually very stable at high speeds. So very cool to see the Miata fully wringed out! They are truly exceptional vehicles. Though, I don't think mine will ever see 220Kmph!

Best fun I've had in a car. The way mine corners, even compared to a hot hatch like the Golf R, is out of this world. The R is way quicker objectively, but subjectively.. you can't drive a Miata and not smile. Also .. Doing 240 on the highway feels like 400 in another car 😂
