Yes sir you got it. It's only a few drummers that can play this groove spot on. And there are alot of drummers that play around the groove. Because they don't wanna do the real work. Keep up the good work.

***EXCELLENT*** !!! This is ***THE VERY BEST*** of numerous _very good_ drum covers of this. You even use about 3 or 4 extra cymbals!

@@elijahcaverdrums Sure thing!... I watched you here a half-dozen times -- & a couple times more after your response just above. I'm in Cali & even told a friend of mine 2 states over that she (a _very_ serious music listener) had to hear & see you on this. She's also seen a number of _very_ good drummers on YT doing this cover but agrees you did the _best_ ! She re-watched your video at least several times. I like your revolving light show on the drums too! Btw the best bass cover I've heard of '777' on YT is by some Korean kid... On YT the cover is entitled, "The time - 777-9311(Bass cover)", by Byeong Hyun. I like the way he bends certain notes, & also his slide work. Adds a little extra somp'm-somp'm mystique. I like his intro improv too before he gets into the bass riff. And the kid has 'the coool factor' to boot! --Especially, with his old-fashion aviator sunglasses & his coördinated outfit. I re-watched his video about a half-dozen times too. And I told her about that & she saw his video too & agreed!

I believe this is one of the biggest arguments in music! Many people believe Prince manipulated the 808 drum machine or it was shiela E but I think the most talented musician The Purple God is the answer
@taharqa3325 ай бұрын
You’re wrong all the way around. Prince programmed the LINN LMN-1 drum machine in creating this beat. Jellybean eventually mastered it - but it was a programmed beat for the song. This is why it’s so hard.
