@@larrytherustyboii7442 Yes, but also no. Wai Fu would be considered human, but she's more animal than human. But according to Terra, she's classified as one. It all depends on what planet they're on. But I guess we would be a special type of human since we have no branching animalistic/mythical species trait like Vouivires(Liskarm) or Liberi (GreyThroat). There's also the fact that in our world our genomes are so vastly different and the same, which is why we're able to adapt to just about anything thanks to our genetics while each species of Terra humans have their own strengths/weaknesses.

But, im still confuse about the animal in Terra like Emperor, High Priest and the Duck lord they are literal birbs but they can talk when the Reunion hounds are...hounds but they do not talk (in the gameplay but idk in the lore if they can talk or not). And we also have Melphisto who turned into covid infected birb. I haven't play that chapter and don't want to be spoiled so all i can do now is wait

To be fair, that's at max pot + her talent which reduces the cost of her first deployment by -3. For most people, she'll cost 11 on first deployment. Still pretty good, though.
