Sir please make a detailed video of NC-OBC addressing the following points: 1. Show the difference between state level and Central level certificate so we can verify wether our certificate is state level of Central level. 2. Is there requirement of physical signature of the competent authority apart from the digital signature.

Because I have watched some couple of videos of srccians and they all have scored 96,97,98%.... So I somehow think that board marks r still considered... Toh aap kisi ko janti ho? Pls sachi sachi batana 🙏❤️ 😣
