This is a Kiyomoto (清元) set called "Yuugiri and Izaemon" (夕霧伊左衛門). According to Kotobank, "It refers to the duo of Ougiya Yugiri, a prostitute from Shinmachi, Osaka, and Izaemon, a young husband from Fujiya, a wealthy merchant. Yugiri was a real-life famous geisha who died of illness on January 6, 1678 at the age of 27." I'm not very familiar with Kiyomoto, but the booklet included with the set contains the lyrics. The singer is Kiyomoto Kikudayu (清元 喜久太夫) who died on May 15th 1938. According to Wikipedia Japan, "Kiyomoto-bushi or Kiyomoto is a type of shamisen music and a type of joruri. It is mainly used as accompaniment music for kabuki and kabuki dance."
