IMDb lists the episode is only 30 minutes long, obviously it's probably off by about 10 minutes or so but it doesn't look like there's any more footage. I'm surprised you didn't Google the runtime of this special episode you would have had your answer in just a few seconds.

Well here in the US we had typically 18 to 20 minute programs fit into 30 minute time slots but what you must remember is that commercial product breaks often interrupted our programs every 7 to 8 minutes on average with 2 minutes of commercials fit in that time slot resulting in 4 or 5 commercials lasting typically 1 and a half to 2 minutes. leaving 18 to 20 minutes of program time.

Running made things quite a bit worse in the Union. If police couldn't catch you right then they'd just show up a week from then and dump you into a car without a warrant. Theres really nowhere to run when the borders are closed and your home is government issued, meaning you'd have to apply for another or stay with a friend (Both bad ideas) The police just know they'll eventually catch them no matter what, so it isn't worth their time chasing.

You mean outlaw bikers or literally Hell's Angels? First official chapter of Hell's Angels appeared here only in late 2000s. As for outlaw bikers most of them were teens or young adults, traffic violations and police chases were the biggest crimes they commited.

This is in the 80s + at least there you dont have to wait 11+ hours to get treatment, like my fiancee from the Us had to when she broke her arm in a car crash.

It was 1989. "Peace, friendship, chewing gum." At that time, the USSR believed that friendly and trusting relations had been established between the Union and the collective West. So the only money the film crew had to pay was for plane tickets.
