Though I am not a native English speaker, I have found most of the natives speaking in an impolite manner most of the time. To me, it sounds bookish😊. Great video.

In a cultural level there is so many exceptions for this (rare) polite and common impolite happening in a daily life. Usually polite happens with beautiful, rich, high class or high hierarchy people, otherwise is recommended for people striving for their chance in a job, class, or any new endeavor depending on colaboration with others.

As a non-native speaker and good student who I am: Me: "Great recommendation from youtube, I like sounding more polite, so I'll watch it!" Five minutes later... Me: "I'd be the rudest foreign person If I had opened my mouth"

@vahidjavadi2736 жыл бұрын
it's great to know how be polite,as well as I know English is a direct language and in real life or movie they never use these phrases,but it's helped a lot
@katrina566775 жыл бұрын
Vahid Javadi popular movies=action, drama, terror always rely on violence, conflict, poverty or war in the worst cenario, and all of these have their deep roots in miscomunication or impolite behavior/speech. Look for philosophical, documentaries, high level of knowlege programs/series that you might found more polite (and pleasant) speech 😊 ...
@ollex71494 жыл бұрын
You are mistaken, l' m afraid. It' s not direct in my humble opinion.

Thanks for the video. Just for advice, if it happens, that you visit Spain, avoid using formal words 😂 they can really get angry sometimes. Instead of using "usted" use "tù" they really dislike formalities.
@TheMaru6666 жыл бұрын
No , I am Spanish , and if you are an adult , you should use usted with extrangers. Some of us will pretend to be offended and we will tell you to use tú, and since then you can tutearnos , but don't start it yourself with extrangers , especially if they may be older than you . An exception is done between teenagers and very young adults , but be carefull with that. You may not use so much please in informal settings , bit it is fine to use it , but allways say thank you . The use of conditional with polite request , if you are angry might sound a little passive. agressive .
