Hey bro... I successfully used this Argentina method two days ago to create my Paypal account waiting to add my Ghana card today (48hours just as you advised). Upon entering card details, it got declined. Question is : how can i add my Ghana bank card to this account to be to issue withdrawals to it when i receive payments. Yes, there's a need to switch off your location because your location is not the same as the PayPal you are trying to create. I haven't used Cleva before so I can't say much on that.

Guys, theres an update about Card and Bank. You cannot add a card or link a bank when your not in the country of operation. For example, if you successfully created an argetina paypal account while in Another country, you cannot add a card or link a bank except when you are in Argetina.
