Hi, I’m planning on moving here around August/september, could you let me know the know what that process was like for you? And how does the roommate thing work?

So the leasing office is going to ask you to download Room Mates. You will have to complete a survey. Based on your answers they app will identify roommate matches. After you submit your survey the people living in the unit you will rent out will get a question prompted and they will decided if you moving in the unit is the right fit. Everyone says yea, unless the are trying to keep a room unrented for more space lol. Think of this place was a dorm/corporate housing. You will meet lots of new people and make a lot of new friends. The fire alarm goes off alot - so evacuations are like at lease once a month. Everyone sets the alarms off because their cooking get too much smoke. lol. This is a very safe location and has a lot of access to everything you need to travel around the city, out of the city & internationally.
