We also started an apartment business but the process was very stressful. We lost almost 1M when we started. The first architect/engineer used wrong materials on the foundations. Good it was discovered and everything was dug out and start from scratch again.

Magandang investment. HM total cost to build? Paki post pos. HM kaya ung rent sa itaas? Isa lng ang comment ko, sana naglagay ng rangehood para lumabas ang mga fumes pag nagluto. Otherwise, mapupuno ng amoy ng niluluto ung buong bahay and in the end ung mga mantika ay magsstick sa mga walls. Need ng proper maintenance like constant cleaning ng mga walls. Filipino cooking = lots of frying.

Maganda.. yung kwarto nga lang na double decker, masikip, hindi na malagyan ng table/chair or baka sobrang laki lang nung kama. Tsaka ung sa laundry area, kulob, much better kung may maliit na bintana / glass sa upper part para sa airflow/natural sunlight if hindi nahaharangan
