I found out that as bingo halls are pretty empty, the way they make their money up is by turning down the payouts on machines

@@ReelKing71 they can't choose the percentage, it's fixed in the software and you can always check before playing what percentage the installed version offers by tapping on to the info screen. The only vaguely true element to this is that certain games come in different versions with different percentages and the venue can choose which one they want installed - so service stations on the motorway tend to have the lowest RTP version. But the RTP you see on the info screen is the one you get, the venue can't turn it up or down.
