벌써 엔시티드림 자체컨텐츠가 올라오지 않은지 한달이 되었습니다. 활동이 끝나 멤버들이 각자 휴식/활동하고 있다는 것은 인지하고 있지만, 꾸준한 컨텐츠가 올라오지 않으면 팬으로서도 소비자의 입장으로서도 관심도가 떨어지는 것은 당연한 일입니다. 타그룹은 매주 “고잉ooo" "달려라oo"등과 같은 시리즈류의 컨텐츠를 업로드하여 활동기간이 아님에도 팬의 유입을 지속적이게 만듭니다. 특히 미디어를 통해 일반인의 유입이 많이 되는 시대이기에 이를 통한 유입은 7~80%라고 봅니다. 하지만, 현재 엔시티드림은 자체컨텐츠는 2개월 전, 비하인드는 4주전으로 이미 한달 간의 분량이 빕니다. 특히나 천지의 이것저것, 제대로 재밌게등 이미 시리즈가 형성되어 있음에도 천지의 이것저것은 거의 1년 9개월 가량, 제대로 재밌게의 마지막 업로드는 자그마치 작년 9월 12일입니다. 이미 있는 시리즈를 잘 활용하지 못하는 것은 회사의 책임이 맞다고 봅니다. 그리고 해외 투어 중 비하인드는 거의 반절 이상이 비구요. 또한, 해외에서 찍은 컨텐츠가 있음에도 몇개월이 지나서도 비하인드는 커녕 소식도 들리고 있지 않습니다. 이제는 회사에 인력이 부족한가? 라는 의심을 하지 않을 수 없을 정도입니다. 회사의 한 층이 엔시티를 위해 굴러가는 인력임에도, SM에서 현재 가장 많은 커리어하이를 달성하고 있는 엔시티드림을 현재 방치하고 있다는 것은 아티스트 입장에서 마이너스일 뿐 아니라, 회사입장에서도 큰 손실입니다. 혹시 알고 계시는지요? 이번년도 안에 계획대로 미니가 나왔으면, 모든 대상은 따놓은 것임이었음에도 엔시티 전체활동이라는 이유로 7주년 팬미팅은 당일에 이뤄지지도 못했을 뿐더러 앨범 계획까지 밀렸습니다. 이게 정말 아티스트를 위한 회사가 맞나요? 유독 SM 안에서도 엔시티만 뮤비지연, 컨텐츠 없음과 같은 것들을 겪고 있다는 걸 인지는 하고 계신건가요? 후배인 에스파와 라이즈는 현재 엔시티드림과 마찬가지로 활동기간이 아님에도 일주일에도 2~3개씩 자체컨텐츠가 쏟아져나오고 있는데 말이죠. 정말 엔시티 담당이 일을 하고 있는게 맞을까라는 의문밖엔 들지 않는 행보입니다. 인력이 부족하면, 인력을 더 뽑아야죠. 자그마치 3개의 엔시티 팀이 존재하는데, 그럼 당연히 다른 그룹의 x3이 되어야죠. 인력도, 컨텐츠도, 회의도. 근데 이 와중에도 새로운 엔시티 팀을 만든다는 것은, 인력이 x4가 이미 준비되어있어야 될텐데, 되어 있으신가요? 기존 팀들을 담당하던 분들이 새로운 팀까지 맡게 된 건 아니고요? 아니길 바랍니다. 엔시티드림은 늘 더 높이 올라가려고 노력하고, 실제로 초동 356만장과 같은 커리어하이를 계속해서 달성해 나아가고 있는 팀입니다. 솔직하게 말해서 SM에서 현재 엔시티드림보다 더 많은 이득을 불러오는 팀이 있나요? 그럼 가장 빛날 때 더 더욱 빛날 수 있도록 해야죠. 정말 엔시티드림을 위하신다면, 일곱명의 아티스트가 더욱 빛나는 걸 원하신다면, 그리고 아티스트를 관리하고 프로모트하는 회사로서 온전한 책임을 다해주셨으면 합니다.
