Don't underestimate the teachers in other ministry beside education, they possess multisuper governance- they know alot , Education is different and difficult ministry to run,it is NOT PAP AND FLEIS..all other ministries are easy to run by teachers ,thrust me ,put the principal or hod teacher to become the President you will not try again in South Africa
