So apparently there is confusion because Gaga said something back in 09 about a radio station that told her to censor the song live and she said they were correct in doing so (she didn't even mention which line or lines, there are two more that are sometimes censored). So she might have playfully sung that line like that (or not!) since it is not rare for her to change the lyrics or the rythmn of her songs a bit while performing live, but it's been 13 YEARS of Gaga performing the song and I've never heard her (fan since 08) sing that line. Not to mention the official booklet of The Fame indicates it is "p-p-p-poker face". So even if Gaga originally wanted it to sound like that (or not, pure speculation), the correct and official line is "p-p-p-poker face", period.
