I feel the sign where 7th lord sits also matters. I am tarot reader and my darakarka and 7th lord is moon its in virgo in 9th house. I am getting court house and judication house cards in my readings. I live in mountains far away from water bodies otherwise pisces is 7th from moon with no planet in it. Its kind a complicated.
