If you find one item that sells more than others, figure a way to use that item in different ways. If freeze-dried strawberries are very popular, offer freeze dried strawberry powder, or balsamic strawberries, honey strawberries, or white strawberries.

You can just copy the labels already in circulation. Also, depending on if you are selling under cottage food laws, you dont have to have calorie labels.

How legal is it to sell freeze dried food products online and what are my chances of being freeze dried by the State Department of Health? Do I need a vendor's permit to sell from my home or from a small kiosk? If I were to purchase frozen food products should all store-bought Frozen products be completely defrosted before freeze drying? How many freeze dry machines would I need to operate to reach at least a $6,000 monthly profit? And cater efficiently to a population of about 50,000?
