Hi I'm not sure if you have had coconut sugar it's just like sugar in tast but it doesn't raise your blood sugar I'm diabetic and use this ❤Xx

@Angel-ys7ou ooh that would be good for making cakes etc I don't add sugar to tea or coffee I use the syrups sugar free. Thank you x
