4 times 2 is 8. 5 times 2 is 10. 4/5, 8/10, just double the ports.16/20, 32/40, which would be absolutely incredible if somebody managed something like that.

@@Thunderbolt_1000_Siren In fact, some Thunderbolt 1000T and 1003 sirens did have this interval, because they used the Model 2T chopper system, which was 4/5. Also, imagine if Federal Signal made a 2T18 and a 3T18 siren, (with the 8/10 interval).

4/5 is half the ports. 4/5 port sirens like the thunderbolt and model 2T run at double the speed making them sound 8/10 port. The hurricane is 8/10 port but it runs at the correct speed as it uses an induction motor

@@RomaStudio-qp9bo nope only the aca hurricane uses 8/10. 1000t uses 5, 4/5, 5/6. model 2T uses 4/5. bm 20 16/20.
