Coming from a part of the country that hasn't seen any storms that remotely compare to the ones you see in your part of the country since June 2020, I couldn't imagine living thru storms like that almost weekly. And I used to get very excited about severe weather. The worse the storm the better.

1:20 reminds me of summer evenings in the desert, looking east to the distant dryline and storms that might be in Mexico

@@taowenstornadoes1997 If you have a map handy...I was in someone's front yard in Villa Rica, GA after dark. It's normal to see commercial jet planes east of there, in holding patterns over Atlanta. One night, there was a large thunderstorm like you show here. It appeared to be lumbering around just over Atlanta. We went inside and checked the Radar on the Weather Channel. That storm was probably 75 miles away, like over Stone Mountain, GA. Very unusual sighting in this hilly country obscured by trees. Thank you for this upload, friend! It sparked my memory...🇺🇸 👍☕
